Dudley was born and raised in Southold-Long Island, NY. Dudley attended the University of Miami, graduating in 1952 with a degree in Business Administration. Dudley obtained his New Jersey Real Estate and Insurance licenses and in 1962 became the first Salesman employed by Avalon Real Estate Agency. Dudley's family moved to Avalon in 1971. In 1981 Dudley Newbold started Newbold Real Estate Co., Inc. with his son, Doug Newbold. In 1990 Dudley and Doug started a Custom Home Building Division. Douglas Newbold - Broker / Sales Associate, Vice President - Newbold Real Estate Co., Inc.
Doug was born in Phillipsburg, NJ, raised in Cape May County, NJ and moved with his family to Avalon in 1971. Doug attended St. Joseph's Regional Catholic School, Wildwood Catholic High School and the University of Miami, graduating with a degree in Business Administration in 1978. Doug obtained his New Jersey Real Estate License in 1979 and his New Jersey Real Estate Brokers License in 1981. Dudley and Doug opened Newbold Real Estate in 1981. In addition to his work as a licensed Real Estate Broker / Salesperson, Doug is the Manager of Newbold's Custom Home Building Division.

Robert Newbold - Sales Associate
Robert was born and raised in Cape May County, New Jersey and moved with his family to Avalon in 1971. Robert attended the University of Miami and graduated with a degree in Business Administration in 1980. Robert obtained his New Jersey Real Estate License in 1983. Robert is also the owner of Robert Newbold Custom Painting.
